I've received certain items, but not all items from my order?

All our orders are shipped from different warehouses we have around the world. We try and make sure that the products you order are shipped from the nearest warehouse to your location. However, not all items are available in all of the warehouses. We do try our best to make that happen but keeping 1800+ products stocked in 4-5 different locations around the world is not always possible therefore shipments have to be made from different locations. Because of this, some items arrive on different timings in comparison to others. Rest assured, you will always be receiving all of the items you order.

Why isn't my tracking number working?

The tracking number work perfectly on domestic orders. For international shipping, we try our best to work with your local courier service but sometimes they do not update the whereabouts of the order in our system. An estimated delivery time for international order is about 2-4 weeks from the time your order is shipped out.

We request that you be patient and find it in your heart to give us the time to deliver your order. If your tracking number is not working on a domestic order, kindly get in contact and let us know.

The tracking number says delivered, but I haven't received my order?

All domestic deliveries are being handles by the USPS. We hand over the order to them so it becomes their responsibility to deliver your order. If you have not received your order kindly get it touch with them at (800) 275-8777 to find the exact location of your package.

The same is the case for international orders. If your tracking number says delivered. Kindly get it touch with your local post office to get an update on the whereabouts of your package.
