How To Use Baby Nail Trimmer:

The nail trimmer comes with four pads or files for different age groups. 

Pink - 0 to 3 months

Blue - 3 to 6 months

Green - 6 to 12 months

Orange -  For ages 12 months and above.

When you want to change the filing pad, press the green button on the backside of nail trimmer and then you can just pop in the right filing pad by pressing it gently.

When you want to trim your baby's nails, turn the trimmer on and then just press and hold the trimmer against the nail until it reaches the desired length. It doesn't hurt the baby at all even if your little one jerks the hand away, it just files the nail.

Babies-n-Mamas has a very clear and straightforward refund policy for our online store.

We will refund your purchase in any of the following situations:

  • If you don’t receive the correct item that you placed order for on our store

RETURNS

We offer a 30 days 'no-quibble' returns policy.

Once you have received your order, you are welcome to return any item for exchange or refund.

Please contact us using live chat so we can issue a returns ID before you send any items back to us. The Returns ID is important as it helps to quickly identify your parcel to avoid any delays to your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned within 30 days.

REFUNDS / STORE CREDITS

If you are eligible for refund or once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, then your refund or store credit will be processed. For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days. If a store credit is requested, a promo code will be issued to you via email. Your store credit is easily applied during checkout of your next order. For any international orders that received free shipping and is returned, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. All sale items discounted 40% or more are final sale, no refunds,or credits of any kind. If these final sale items are returned without authorization from our customer service, the item(s) will be returned to the customer immediately and the customer will be notified.
